NOV. 1ST MEETING MINUTES
Meeting called to order by President Andy Hofer, Minutes read by Secretary Royce Dieter, motion for approval by Kerry, Seconded by Gregg, Treasurers report read by Eric Siemandel, motion for approval by Paul, Seconded by Andy. State Trail Business: Nov. 4th at 9:00a.m @ Groomer building, for work day on bridges from flooding. All trail bosses need to record dates & times, when they talked to there land owners. Club Business: Nov. 29th at 7:00p.m will meet with bikers& hikers to discuss sharing the use of the railroad grade, place of meeting to be determined later. Andy stated we took 4th place with our float at the canyon of lights parade. The election of officer's All positions remain the same, with the exception of secretary position, which current secretary Royce Dieter declined, this position will get posted!! Atv Business: We will be meeting with the County Hwy Commission on Nov. 2nd @ 9:30 a.m to discuss opening all county roads for the use of Atv's/ Utv's. Next meeting will be Dec. 6th at Dewey's Dugout @ 7:00p.m. Motion to close meeting by Andy, Seconded by Gregg, meeting adjourned!!
